Put simply, it depends on the depiction of the character (communication/consent) and the intent of the art
Quad = Dragons and Werewolves (pure fiction, can be drawn bipedal like other furries)
Feral = domestic dogs/cats/animals that can talkIf asking about Pokemon etc. I will be drawing them as a bipedal furry,
